Hương: Hương của trái cây đỏ sẫm màu, thí dụ như anh đào, mận chín,... xen kẽ mùi gỗ sồi quen thuộc - kết quả của quá trình ủ thùng, vani, chocolate,... 
Nên dùng ở nhiệt độ khoảng 18 độ C. Kết hợp hoàn hảo với mỳ ống, pizza, thịt đỏ và những lát phô mai thái mỏng,...
